Wallingford Police Blotter: April 18 Through April 25, 2026

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Francisco Avila-Gomez, 32, of Wallingford, was arrested April 18 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs (second offense) and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of June 8, according to state judicial records.

Ryan V. Ianniello, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested April 18 on charges of second-degree threatening, conspiracy to commit third-degree mischief, and two counts of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of June 4.

Michael J. Bizzario, 27, of Wallingford, was arrested April 19 on charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle, reckless driving, and failure to obey stop sign. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 8.

Nazim Muhammad, 48, of New Haven, was arrested April 19 on charges of second-degree identity theft and less than $500 on revoked payment card. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 21.

Yunior S. Gutierrez, 28, of Ellington, was arrested April 20 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs (second offense), failure to drive in proper lane, and operating under suspension. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 28.

Edmund T. Jackson, 69, of New Haven, was arrested April 20 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $100 bond with a court date of May 20.

Artia Pearson, 31, of Staten Island, New York, was arrested April 20 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and fifth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 8.

Kristen C. Blake, 56, of Wallingford, was arrested April 25 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and evading responsibility – injury / property damage. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of June 1.
