WALLINGFORD, CT — The Lyman Hall girls lacrosse team swept its season series with Hamden with a 16-7 victory on the team’s Senior Night on Tuesday at Fitzgerald Field in Wallingford.
It was the sixth straight win for the Trojans, who improved to 10-2. Lyman Hall also beat Hamden, by a score of 13-11, on April 22.
Ellie Madancy led Lyman Hall with nine goals and three assists, while Alyssa Brockett and Kayla Criscuolo each scored three goals, and Alanna McNulty had one goal.
The Trojans then set a new regular-season record with their 11th victory, beating Mercy 14-9 on Thursday in Middletown, according to the Lyman Hall Athletic Department.
Madancy finished with six goals, while Criscuolo scored five, Brockett had two, and Solaina Egana added one goal. Ellie Gray finished with nine saves, including the 100th of her career.
Lyman Hall (11-2) will be back in action on Thursday, May 14, with a road game against North Branford.
