Wallingford Police Blotter: May 20 Through May 31, 2026

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

David A. Sokolosky, 40, of Rocky Hill, was arrested May 20 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, possession of controlled substance – first offense, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of June 23, according to state judicial records.

Katherine M. Mezzi, 47, of Wallingford, was arrested May 20 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and operating motor vehicle under suspension. She was released after posting a $7,500 bond with a court date of July 1. She was also charged with two counts of possession of controlled substance – first offense and use of drug paraphernalia. She was released after posting a $7,500 bond with a court date of July 1 in that case.

Shawyn M. Chambers, 37, of West Haven, was arrested May 21 on two counts each of fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $15,000 bond with a court date of June 22.

Rodney D. Green, 60, of Meriden, was arrested May 22 on charges of drinking while driving and operating under suspension. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 24.

Robert B. Farkas, 62, of North Branford, was arrested May 22 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 17.

Erika Brown, 46, of Wallingford, was arrested May 27 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, and evading responsibility – injury / property damage. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of June 23.

Stephanie A. Lancaster, 45, of Wallingford, was arrested May 29 on two counts of third-degree assault, two counts of second-degree breach of peace, third-degree strangulation / suffocation, risk of injury to child, and interfering with officer / resisting. She was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of June 17.

Ronny Acevedo, 36, of New Britain, was arrested May 29 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, operating under suspension – alcohol, operating motor vehicle under suspension, failure to insure private motor vehicle, traffic control signals, and falsify marker / license / registration. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 15.

Debra Smith, 33, of New Haven, was arrested May 30 on three counts of third-degree assault, three counts of second-degree breach of peace, and one count each of assault on a public safety / EMT / Transit / Health Officer, and failure to comply to fingerprints. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of June 12.

Wilfredo Pabon, 46, of Southington, was arrested May 30 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 25.

Rene W. Lazo, 39, of Wallingford, was arrested May 31 on a charge of third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 5.
