WALLINGFORD, CT — A company that lists its line of work as chocolate and confectionery manufacturing from cacao beans was among 34 businesses with Wallingford addresses that registered with the state in September, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. Theobroma LLC is on Summerhill Road.
Business types in the registry are chosen by the filers themselves and have not been independently verified.
Residential remodelers and landscapers led the list with three registrations each, and two full-service restaurants registered on Quinnipiac Street.
One of the new businesses lists a Yalesville address. Other newcomers include Backyard Hibachi CT, a food service business on Cook Hill Road; Little Bear Poké on North Colony Road; 3 Kousins Bakery & More; Stoneworks of New England, a masonry contractor on Watrous Farm Road; and Sculpt Haus, a fitness studio on North Cherry Street.
