Four Wallingford homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 10, and Sunday, Oct. 11, with prices from $140,000 to $565,000, according to Zillow.com.

1545 Rhey Ave., 1 to 3 p.m., $565,000. The fenced backyard has a rebuilt Trex deck, and the roof dates to 2022. It's a five-bedroom, 2.5-bath home with 2,470 square feet.
