Renee will be sharing information about housing choices in the newsletter and highlighting agencies nationwide that are seeking creative solutions to housing for persons on the spectrum. Section 8 Housing Waitlist Information
Register with the Department of Administration to be notified of Section 8 waitlist availability for the State of Connecticut at www.211.ct.org, under the Choice Voucher program. Register for all towns to be notified of openings across the state. There is no residency requirement for this program. Current waitlists can also be viewed on the site.
HUD Housing Assistance
Search for low-income housing at www.hud.gov. Applications are also accepted on the site. Please contact Renee at 203-265-7717 if you need assistance with housing needs.
