Beekeeping

Learn about the history of beekeeping, what it takes to become a backyard beekeeper, what resources are available and why honey bees are vital to the success of our environment. This program is presented by Catherine Wolko owner of The Humble Bee Company. She will be bringing a “mock” hive and provide information on equipment and supplies, and honey recipes. Samples of her honey products will be available for purchase.
