Two winning scratch tickets with prizes over $30,000 each were recently sold in Wallingford, according to Lottery officials.
WALLINGFORD, CT — Two Cheshire residents recently won big Lottery prizes on scratch tickets that were sold in Wallingford, according to Connecticut Lottery officials.
Bhavik Sheth and Shrey Sheth each won $37,620 on Fast Play - $5 Extreme Green Progressive tickets that were sold at the Corner Shoppe at 325 Church St. in Wallingford.
The CT Lottery furnishes winner information as public record.

The Connecticut Lottery only publishes names of people who win $10,000 or more, which officials claim is quite common.
"The fact is, people win every day with the CT Lottery!" officials said in a statement.
