Chapman Sinoway Park 4-25-2016-Nice and peaceful, not many people or water animals. I saw 2 Mallards a male with a green neck and head and a female brown with white speckles and a blue feather on part of the wing. They seemed to be bathing and fluffing up their feathers. I notice that when water birds eat and are full they bath soon after. A few years ago there were big turtles in the water. I got pictures of one then. The last time I saw a turtle was a few days ago about 2 inches long. I suspect it will grow to over a foot long. When I got to the park the sun was out and it started to sprinkle. Soon after it stopped. The wooden bridge crosses to the other side and people walk around the water with their pets.
