Construction at exit 65 & entrance 65 of Wilbur Cross Parkway pictures 1-4-2017

I would like to know when this construction is going to be finished at Exit and Entrance 65 on the Wilbur Cross parkway.

There are piles of sand on the side with plastic on top, parts of the road are blocked over 3 months. The workers work hard but are not there after 3 PM as well as the police car. There are days when no one is there at all and the weather is not bad.

This construction is blocking and holding up traffic on River Rd, Hall Ave and Quinnipiac St. Traffic is bad enough especially around 4 PM. People leaving work have to go through slower traffic. Regular traffic is a problem too. One traffic light at the corner of Bull Ave and Quinnipiac St and another light at Ward St and Quinnipiac St. take to long to change.

The part of Hall Ave. that goes over the bridge to Masonic offices is partially blocked on one side. This construction has dragged on all summer and is continuing til now December 26.

Part of the construction is also in the Quinnipiac Trail Park that is not finished. I may get pictures of this mess in the future to post. (Posted pictures today 1-4-2017)
