Crash Closes Lane On I-91 In Wallingford: UPDATE (Cleared)

UPDATE: The accident scene has been cleared and all lanes have reopened, according to the DOT.

WALLINGFORD, CT — One lane remains closed as the cleanup continues from a crash that involved two tractor-trailers early Monday morning on I-91 South in Wallingford. The crash occurred between Exits 14 and 13 and the left lane is closed, according to the state DOT. Two lanes were originally closed.

The crash involved two tractor-trailers that were carrying bottles water and watermelon and minor injuries were reported, according to NBC Connecticut.
