CT Lottery Relocating Headquarters To Wallingford

The Connecticut Lottery Corp. is relocating its headquarters and other offices from Rocky Hill to Wallingford, according to a report.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The Connecticut Lottery Corp. is relocating its headquarters from Rocky Hill to Wallingford this summer, according to NewHavenBiz.com.

NewHavenBiz reports the CT Lottery has signed a 10-year lease, with the possibility for three, five-year extensions, for 136,615-square-feet of space in the mixed-use industrial/office building at 15 Sterling Drive in Wallingford.

In addition to the lottery’s corporate offices, the new Wallingford location will house its online betting back-office operations, warehouse space, and a TV studio where instant-game drawings will be broadcast, according to NewHavenBiz.com.
