About CT Kung Fu Club
Our mission is to share the teachings of Sifu Tak Wah Eng, and over 200 years of kung fu history, with Central Connecticut. We are a small group of dedicated practitioners, who strive to create a safe, judgement-free environment to teach and practice traditional kung fu. We aim to promote self-discipline, fitness, mindfulness, and self-confidence. Our workouts are low-impact, and designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and core strength. No previous martial arts experience is necessary to join, beginners of all fitness levels are welcome!
