About The Remedy CBD
The Remedy is central Connecticut's first brick and mortar store specializing in organic, house made and formulated craft CBD products. The company offers consultative services to customers wanting to learn more about how CBD, a non-intoxicating byproduct of the hemp plant, can help with ailments such as arthritis, anxiety, insomnia, migraines, fibromyalgia and much more.
Located at 43 North Colony Road in Wallingford, The Remedy's owners have operated a successful online and event-based CBD business since 2016, and are excited to have established operations in a storefront and new production facility.
“Our CBD products are formulated to be highly potent, bioavailable, and medicinally effective; they've already helped thousands of people. We’re ready to expand the public’s access to information and engage with us so we can better meet their needs,” says Alex Angeloff, owner of The Remedy. “The store is an interactive, creative experience where CBD users can provide us active feedback to create the ideal products tailored to their specific wants and needs. We've helped so many with our current offerings and are eager to expand our line in whatever way our customers need,” Angeloff says.
The Remedy's clientele include professionals coping with work-related stress, seniors suffering from arthritis, serious athletes, and students with anxiety and difficulty focusing. Hebelieves the natural properties of CBD make it a safe and effective solution to a wide range of problems. "CBD is a side-effect-free, plant-based remedy for a plethora of concerns. While CBD usage is legal throughout the United States, the industry is still in its infancy in terms of learning about CBD's potential. What we do know is that it's safe, and it helps millions of people.”
The human body’sextensive collection of nerves is called the endo-cannabinoid system. That nerve structure uses cannabinoids as neurotransmitters. Every single person has cannabinoids being utilized by their bodies at every second. CBD interacts with and affects this collection of nerves and modulates countless aspects of our physiology including appetite, stress, energy, healing, recovery and countless otherconditions.
The Wallingford store carries on the tradition of healing from Angeloff's grandfather, who ran the family pharmacy ‘Silver’s Drug Shop’ in West Haven Connecticut, established 1919, through 2007. The store will operate during regular retail hours and serve as headquarters for Theremedy.care, the company's new online store. The owners have extensive experience consulting at farmer's markets, agricultural fairs, and music events and to their online customers. They offer free educational seminars for senior communities and more. Partnerships with local producers of wellness ingredients enhance The Remedy's ability to create high quality handmade craft CBD products.
