Driver Found With Cocaine, Ecstasy During Stop: Wallingford PD
Police say a man was found to be in the possession of drugs, including cocaine and ecstasy, during a traffic stop in Wallingford.

WALLINGFORD, CT — An Ansonia man was arrested after police say he was found to be in the possession of drugs, including cocaine and ecstasy, during a traffic stop Tuesday in Wallingford. Police conducted a traffic stop around 5 p.m. on March 10 after an officer saw a vehicle with Massachusetts plates that did not match the vehicle, according to Lt. Cheryl Bradley.
Police determined that the vehicle was uninsured, unregistered and had a misuse of registration plates. The driver was found to be in the possession of 25.5 grams of white powder cocaine, 6.1 grams of crack cocaine, 50 Ecstasy pills 7.9 grams of marijuana and $244 cash in small denominations, according to Bradley.
Bradley said the driver originally provided a false name and date of birth, but eventually provided his true identity as Alexander Feliciano, 28, of Howard Avenue in Ansonia. Feliciano was found to have three active warrants for probation violations, according to Bradley. He was processed on those warrants totaling $135,000 in court-set bonds.

Feliciano was also charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of hallucinogens, possession of hallucinogens with intent to sell, criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer, possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, misuse of marker plates, operating unregistered motor vehicle and operating without insurance. He was being held on an additional $20,000 bond and assigned a court date of March 24.
