DUI Driver Crashes Into Wallingford Yard: PD
The man also allegedly struck a car on I-91 just 30 minutes before crashing into the yard.
Wallingford Police say Ryan D. Blackert, 30, of East Haven, first struck a car on I-91 and then crashed into a yard on Parker Farms Road just 30 minutes later, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
The Record-Journal reports Blackert, of 93 Burr Street, was arrested on DUI charges on Tuesday morning.
Wallingford Police pulled over Blackert’s car after observing fresh damage in the front end, including a large branch stuck in the grill and shrubbery on the windshield, according to the Record Journal.
