DUI Driver Had Teen in Car at Time of Crash: Wallingford Police
A 62-year-old man was arrested after being involved in an accident on Wednesday afternoon.

WALLINGFORD, CT — A 62-year-old Hamden man was arrested on DUI charges after he was involved in an accident in Wallingford on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
The Record-Journal reports James D’Amico, of Harrison Drive in Hamden, failed field sobriety tests and had a 14-year-old with him in the vehicle at the time of the accident.
No injuries were reported in the crash and police said that D’Amico refused to be fingerprinted or photographed during the booking process.
