WALLINGFORD, CT — East Haven's Alexarae Apotria, 27, was arrested on DUI charges after Wallingford police say she was <a href="http://www.myrecordjournal.com/news/wallingford/wallingfordnews/9344591-154/wallingford-police-east-haven-woman-charged-with-dui.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">driving at nearly three times the legal limit</a> on Wednesday night, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.  The Record-Journal reports a Wallingford police officer began following Apotria's vehicle after seeing it cross the double-yellow lines and its headlights weren't lit.      The officer then saw a bottle of alcohol thrown from the vehicle and onto the road and Apotria was arrested after failing field sobriety tests, according to the Record-Journal.
