Edible Arrangements Reaches Settlement In Trademark Dispute
Wallingford-based Edible Arrangements and a New Hampshire-based food consulting company reached a settlement in their trademark dispute.

WALLINGFORD, CT — Wallingford-based Edible Arrangements, LLC and Edible Commerce Consulting, LLC, a New Hampshire-based food consulting company, have announced a settlement to their trademark dispute.
As part of the settlement, signed on April 20, Edible Commerce Consulting will rebrand to a new company name, according to a press release. The confidential settlement resolves all disputes between the companies. (To sign up for Wallingford breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
The parties look forward to moving ahead with their respective businesses and continuing to provide innovative products and services to their clients, according to the release.

“Edible Arrangements’ aggressive growth plan demands that we protect our brand on behalf of our franchisees,” Edible Arrangements President Rob Price said in a statement. “We will remain vigilant to preserve our hard-earned intellectual property. We are glad to have secured a constructive resolution to this dispute."
