Environmental Film and Discussion of GMOs

Wallingford Public Library will host a screening and discussion of the film GMO OMG.

Wallingford Public Library presents a screening and discussion of the film GMO OMG Wednesday, May 27 at 6:00 p.m. in the Library’s Community Room.

The film is by Jeremy Seifert and focuses on genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and the food supply. Following the film, Beth Beisel, nutritionist and member of ConnFACT (Connecticut Families Against Chemical Trespass); Paul Pescatello, Connecticut Business & Industry Association’s Chairman of Connecticut Bioscience Growth Council; and John Turenne, President of Sustainable Food Systems; will take part in a panel discussion moderated by Wallingford residents Scott Gray and Sonya Wulff.
