Ford-Haven Adult Creative Writers Group

If you like writing poetry and short stories (or would like to learn), then you will enjoy our weekly social-based group, which is free of charge. We write and share our written work, while also engaging in fun exercises. The basics of recital, play writing, play acting, and improvisation are also explored. Residents from any town are welcome. The next session meets Saturday March 11th - 9:30 am at Atwater Public Library in North Branford Center at 1720 Foxon Rd. - RT. 80, east of RTs. 22 and 139 (20 min. from Wallingford Center via RT. 150 south & RT. 22 south). Please note that all future weekly Saturday morning sessions (starting March 18th - 9:30 am) will be held at Edward Smith Library (just 10-12 min. from Wallingford Center) - located on the LEFT side of RT. 22 at RT. 17 - if coming via RT. 150, just across from congregational church and Rite Aid.
