Former Sky Zone Property Sold For $1.55M In Wallingford: Report

WALLINGFORD, CT — The former Sky Zone property on Route 5 in Wallingford has been sold for $1.55 million, according to the New Haven Register.

The Register reports part of the property will be converted into Back 9 Social, a virtual golfing center that will have 10 simulator bays, a full bar and a gastropub.

Sky Zone opened in Wallingford in 2014 but permanently closed last year.

The property at 805 North Colony Rd. in Wallingford was originally listed by Sentry Commercial for $1.3 million earlier this year. The 25,316-sqaure-foot industrial facility is situated on 1.65 acres and features 20-foot ceilings, according to the listing.
