FREE Teen Weight Training program at the Wallingford Family YMCA
Getting teens started with proper weight training techniques is a foundation for a healthy adult life and the YMCA is here to help teens get on the right path, with the right techniques.
Beginning Tues. July 11th, we are excited to offer a Teen Strength Training program to help teens learn how to use machines and free weights properly. These 60-minute sessions are led by a certified personal trainer and focus on 1-2 muscle groups each day. Ages 13+

SESSION TIMES:
Tuesdays, 4:00 - 5:00 PM
Wednesday, 10:30 - 11:30 AM
Thursdays, 3:30 - 4:30 PM
