Hard Hat Cafe Opening Restaurant in Wallingford

North Haven’s Hard Hat Café will open a new location in Wallingford at 181 North Colony Road in about two weeks, the restaurant confirmed on its Facebook page on Wednesday.

Hard Hat Café owner John Acamfora, a North Haven resident, told the Meriden Record-Journal that “a lot of people we know in Wallingford talked to us and said it’d be nice if we moved to Wallingford.”

Acamfora also said that the Wallingford location will be similar to North Haven with 12 big screen TVs and a football package but the only difference is it doesn’t have an outdoor pavilion.
