The accident has now been cleared as of 9:30 a.m. Monday. UPDATE

WALLINGFORD - Crash (2 Vehicle) on I-91 Northbound between Exits 13 and 14. The right and center lanes are closed. Reported Monday, September 12 at 8:06 am.

It may take up to four hours to fully clear the accident.
