‘Irish Person Of The Year’ Honored In Wallingford
The community member has been honored with a mayoral proclamation after being named the Wallingford Elks Lodge's "Irish Person of the Year"
WALLINGFORD, CT — Kevin Saunders has been honored as the recipient of the Wallingford Elks Lodge #1365’s "Irish Person of the Year" Award.
Mayor Vincent Cervoni has issued a proclamation in his honor.
Saunders, who began his law enforcement career with the Wallingford Police Department, has been a dedicated member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks for more than 12 years, serving on the House Committee, chairing Public Safety Night and supporting Elks Lodges nationwide, according to the proclamation.
