Longtime Learning Center to Close in Wallingford: Report

WALLINGFORD, CT — The “I’m Special” Learning Center in the Yalesville section of town will close in June after nearly 40 years in business, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.

The Record-Journal reports the center, which works with about 35 preschoolers from several area towns each year, is closing because owner Judy Tatta has decided to retire.

Tatta told the Record-Journal it was a “bittersweet” decision for her.
