Man, 74, Struck By Car While Crossing Street In Wallingford: Report

WALLINGFORD, CT — A 74-year-old Meriden man was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after being struck by a car while trying to cross the street in Wallingford on Wednesday night, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.

The Record-Journal reports Frederick Krampitz was listed in serious condition on Thursday morning.

Krampitz was attempting to cross Main Street when he was struck at about 6:30 p.m., according to the Record-Journal.
