Man Accused of Pulling Knife in Road-Rage Incident in Wallingford: Report

The suspect was recently arrested on a warrant.

WALLINGFORD, CT — A Meriden man is accused of pulling a knife on another driver during a road-rage incident near BJ’s Wholesale Club on North Colony Road in Wallingford, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.

The Record-Journal reports Jamie Hess, 35, of Runge Drive in Meriden, was arrested on a warrant Monday in connection to the Nov. 6 incident.

Hess admitted to police that he got out of his car and ran up to the other vehicle but denied a knife was involved in the incident, according to the Record-Journal. He also admitted that there was a knife in his car.
