Man Secretly Videotaped Teen Girls with Hidden Baby Monitor, Cellphone: Wallingford Police
Police say some of the images of the teens were taken when they were either partially or completely naked.

WALLINGFORD, CT — A Wallingford man is accused of secretly videotaping two female teenagers in their bedrooms with the use of a hidden baby monitor, according to police.
Gary Lozowski Sr., 50, was arrested this week in connection to an investigation into a Jan. 20 complaint that he was illegally videotaping the two teens.
The investigation revealed that Lozowski had been videotaping the two female juveniles, ages 14 and 15, without their knowledge and while in the privacy of their own bedrooms or other areas of their home, according to Lt. Cheryl Bradley.

“Lozowski used a hidden baby monitor and a cellphone to capture images of the victims while they slept, lounged in their bedrooms or sun-bathed,” Bradley said in a press release. “Some images of the victims were taken when they were either partially or completely nude.”
Lozowski was arrested Feb. 8 on a warrant and charged with two counts of voyeurism, two counts of risk of injury to a minor and two counts of disorderly conduct.

“At the time of his arrest, Lozowski was in possession of a cellphone that appeared to match the description of the cellphone used to video record the victims while standing outside of their bedroom windows,” Bradley said.
Lozowski had told police in an interview that he had lost his cellphone after the original report on Jan. 20.
Bradley said the cellphone was seized and will be examined for additional evidence.
Lozowski was released on a $10,000 bond and is due in court on March 8, according to state judicial records.
