Mr. D’s Reopens With New Ownership In Wallingford
The popular ice cream, cupcake and candy shop was briefly closed for renovations last week.
WALLINGFORD, CT — Mr. D’s, the popular ice cream and cupcake shop in downtown Wallingford, has a new owner, according to the Record-Journal.
The Record-Journal reported new owner Heather Williams took over the shop from Bill and Anne DeFusco, who opened Mr. D’s in July 2010, last month.
Mr. D’s was closed two days last week for renovations, and Williams told the Record-Journal she plans on keeping things pretty much the same for the first year while adding her own twist.
