New Principal Hired at Wallingford Elementary School
The Wallingford Board of Education approved the hire at this week's meeting.

WALLINGORD, CT — A Wallingford resident, a former Teacher of the Year in Meriden, has been hired as the new principal at Rock Hill School in Wallingford, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
The Record-Journal reports Anthony DiGennaro, who has been an elementary school teacher in Meriden since 2008, was appointed by the Wallingford Board of Education at its meeting this week.
DiGennaro will begin his new role on March 1 and earn $133,406 a year, according to the Record-Journal.
