New Restaurant, ‘Outdoor Dining Experience’ Proposed In Wallingford
The owner of a popular eatery is proposing to build a new "community gathering place" featuring a restaurant and food trucks in Wallingford.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The owner of Los Mariachis, a popular Mexican restaurant on North Colony Road, is proposing to build a new restaurant and “outdoor dining experience” on Mansion Road, according to the Record-Journal.
The Record-Journal reported Joe Flamini has submitted plans to build a small restaurant, called Lost & Found at 10 Mansion Road, along with a request for site plan approval for an outdoor dining area and food trucks.
A website for Lost & Found Wallingford describes it as a “community gathering place featuring a restaurant” with a goal of opening in “Spring/Summer 2024.”

The site plan item was removed from the agenda of Monday night’s Planning & Zoning Commission meeting because the plan still needs to be reviewed by the Wetlands Commission, according to P&Z Chairman Jim Seichter.
