Obituary: Anthony R. Charlton, 25, Of Wallingford

He loved riding his BMX bike at the skate parks, and working on his VW Jetta. Also, he enjoyed hanging out with his friends and his sister.

WALLINGFORD, CT — (From Wallingford Funeral Home): Anthony Robert Charlton, 25, of Wallingford, died on Sunday, March 24, 2024, due to a motorcycle accident in Wallingford. He was born on September 5, 1998, in Meriden, CT. He was the son of Edward E. Charlton Jr. and Brenda A. Camera.

He loved riding his BMX bike at the skate parks, and working on his VW Jetta. Also, he enjoyed hanging out with his friends and his sister Crystal.

Anthony is survived by his parents Edward E. Charlton Jr. and Brenda A. Camera of Wallingford. His two brothers; Edward Charlton III of Wallingford, and Robin A. Charlton of Wallingford, his sister Crystal Charlton of Middletown and his maternal grandmother, Geraldine Camera, his uncle Stephen Charlton and his fiancé Roberta Janick of Wallingford, his aunt Robin E. Gregoire and her husband Leo J. Gregoire of Meriden, his aunt Susan Milles of Wallingford, uncle Ralph of Virginia and Shannon of Virginia, his cousins Joseph and Kara Charlton of Newington; Roger Charlton of Illinois, Patricia Gregoire and Christian Marcano of Meriden, Murielle and Anatoly Moisan of Meriden, Cameron Baker, Dylan Charlton, Savannah Charlton of Newington, Hatham Gregoire of Meriden, Roger Jr. and Matthew Charlton of Guilford, Alarric, Annalise and Aleko Charlton of Illinois, Howard Eaton of Wallingford, Lynn and Dana Betts of Maine and Nicole Barter of Maine, and one nephew Angel Charlton.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandmother Lorraine Valiquette, and paternal grandfather Edward Charlton Sr. and his maternal grandfather Fred Camera, his paternal great-grandmother Stacie Loin and his great-grandfather John Loin Sr. Anthony, will be deeply missed by all his family and friends.

Anthony’s family will receive relatives and friends at The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 N. Main St. Ext., Wallingford, on Friday, April, 5 2024, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. with a brief memorial service at 6:30 p.m. Burial will be private.
