Obituary: Barbara Ann Richardson, 74, of Wallingford

Barbara Ann (Lukashefski) Richardson, 74, of Wallingford, loving wife of George M. Richardson, passed away January 6, 2016 at Gaylord Hospital in Wallingford with her family by her side.

She was born in Passaic, New Jersey on January 5, 1945, a daughter of the late Frank and Stella (Dobrydney) Lukashefski.

She worked for the Clifton, New Jersey Public Schools as a High School teacher. She moved to Wallingford and worked as a secretary for Canberra for many years until retiring. She was an avid bowler and loved traveling, especially taking cruises with her husband.

In addition to her husband, George, she is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Lohman and her husband, James, of Dayville, and Jo Anne Salter and her husband, Michael, of Wallingford; her grandchildren, Jaimie, Alyssa, Michael Jr., and Vivienne. She was predeceased by her brother, Frank Lukashefski Jr.
