Obituary: Bronislawa ‘Bernice’ Iwan, 95, Of Wallingford

WALLINGFORD, CT — (From Wallingford Funeral Home): Bernice “Bernice” (Rog) Iwan, 95, of Wallingford, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at Masonicare Health Center.

She was born in Poland, January 28, 1928 where she studied and became an APRN and also served in the Polish Red Cross before immigrating to the United States. She worked many years at Masonicare until her retirement.

Bronislawa is survived by her daughter, Lorraine Iwan.

In following her wishes, funeral services and interment in SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Wallingford will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of The Wallingford Funeral Home.
