Bruce B. Torgerson, 67, of Wallingford, died Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Hartford Hospital.

He was born in New Haven, April 21, 1951, a son of Elizabeth (Davis) Torgerson and the late Harry Torgerson and was a retired social worker for the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, having worked in Little Rock, Arkansas, and North Providence, Rhode Island.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister, Judith Odell; and his nieces, Paige Odell and Brooke Ruiz.
