Dominique A. “Nikki” Farr, 23, of Wallingford, passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Hartford Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Nikki was born in Meriden, January 17, 1995, and was the beloved daughter of Melissa Moyles Farr and John DuBovik III. She attended H.C. Wilcox H.S. and graduated from Lyman Hall H.S. Class of 2013. She currently dedicated herself as a full-time caregiver of her great-grandparents. Nikki was a kind hearted, loving, & special person. She enjoyed animals, children, concerts & spending time with family. Her passing has greatly devastated her family as they remember the special individual bond she had with each of them.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her beloved sister Erika Farr & brother Jason Farr; her great-grandparents, Charles & Wanda Moyles; grandparents, Richard & Karen (Moyles) Sands and John II & Geraldine DuBovik; her special aunts Linda Moyles & Jessica Sands; her aunts, Michelle Wolk, Danielle DuBovik; her brother, Cole DuBovik; and her cherished dog Nellie. She also leaves behind many cousins and good friends.
