Obituary: Frank R. Papale, 84, Of Wallingford
Frank proudly served as a Medic in the Army Reserve and worked for Quinnipiac College as Director of Information Systems for over 30 years.

WALLINGFORD, CT — (From Wallingford Funeral Home): Frank R. Papale, 84, of Wallingford, passed away peacefully, September 28, 2023 at his home with his loving wife Cookie “Angela” by his side. They were married for 46 years.
Frank was born in Derby on July 31, 1939 to his parents Frank V. and Mary Carotenuto Papale. In addition to his wife, Angela, he is survived by two his daughters, Jacqueline Papale of Los Angeles, and Alicia Papale of San Pedro, CA.
Frank attended the University of New Haven and proudly served as a Medic in the Army Reserve. He worked for Quinnipiac College, now University, as Director of Information Systems for over 30 years. During his employment there, he was presented with the US Small Business Administration Advocate of the Year Award in May of 1984.

Upon retirement, he started his own document scanning business, Papale Associates.
Frank was a longtime member of the Wallingford Country Club. He served as Vice President between 2002-03 during which he was Chairman of the Membership Committee. Additionally, he was a member of the Spring Run Country Club in Bonita Springs, FL. Frank loved golf, his sports cars, and took pride in his lawn.
