Obituary: James P. Cullen, 65, Of Wallingford

WALLINGFORD, CT — (From Wallingford Funeral Home): James P. Cullen, 65, of Wallingford, died Thursday, March 3 at home.

He was born in Meriden, March 4, 1956, to the parents of Thomas F. Cullen Sr and Ellen (Habersang) Cullen.

He was a lifelong resident of Wallingford. He was employed as a truck driver for most of his adult life. He was an avid motorcycle rider and dearly loved his pet parrots Amy, and BB.

He is survived by his son James M. Cullen, Daughter-in-law Stephanie, and Grandchild Sopia-Marie of Terryville; Brother David R. Cullen of Wallingford; Sister Elaine and her husband Richard Sharpe of Salcha, Alaska; Nieces and Nephews Joseph, Kyle, Eric, Walter, and Kelly. He was predeceased by his brother Thomas F. Cullen Jr.

There will be no funeral at his request, but a memorial service will be held at a date to be determined.
