Obituary: John ‘Jack’ Pastrick, 84, Of Wallingford

WALLINGFORD, CT — (From Wallingford Funeral Home): John “Jack” Pastrick, 84, of Wallingford, CT, formerly of Phoenixville, PA. husband of Nancy (Stiteler) Pastrick, passed away February 8, 2023 at MidState Medical Center in Meriden.

Jack was born in Phoenixville on October 16, 1938, a son of the late John and Susan (Danko) Pastrick.

Jack was employed by Philadelphia Electric Company for 33 years, retiring in 1990.

In addition to his wife, Nancy, he is survived by his Daughters, Monica Gross of Spring City, PA and Rhonda Eckenroth of Havertown, PA; his step daughters, Cheryl Hayward and her husband, Matthew, of Lyme, CT and Denise Mlynarick of Buffalo; his grandchildren, Desirae, Danielle and Dena Gross, David Jr. and John Fabian, Sheri Eckenroth, Rachel and Sarah Hayward and Carson Kania; and 11 great grandchildren; Jack was predeceased by his daughter, Adina Lowery, his sister, Dorothy Snyder, his brother, Dale Pastrick and his first wife, Mary Rose.

Jack’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Holy Ghost Orthodox Church, 70 Holy Ghost Way, Phoenixville, PA 19460, on Monday, February 13, 2023 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. His funeral service will be held at 11 am in the church. Interment will follow in Holy Ghost Orthodox Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main Street Ext., Wallingford, CT.
