Over the years, Kathy enjoyed quiet evenings reading books with her golden retrievers by her side or at her feet. She leaves Finn, Lexi Belle, and Beau who miss her every day. She looked forward to her annual vacations at beaches in Aruba and Rhode Island to recharge her batteries as she would say. If she wasn’t walking her dogs on the trails at Choate, she was at various gyms spinning or lifting weights with her favorite girls.

Kathy spent hours in the kitchen perfecting her grandmother’s recipes. She found joy by sharing her cooking and baking. We will all miss her world-famous chocolate chip cookies. Her kindness will stay in our hearts forever.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sisters, Betsy Adams and Maureen St. Laurent, and her brother William Stevens. As an aunt, she never missed a game, graduation, or recital and is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

Kathy’s family will celebrate her life sometime in the future. A private burial will be held in St. John Cemetery in Wallingford. Arrangements are under the direction of the Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main Street Ext. Wallingford. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue in Hudson, MA on her behalf.
