Obituary: Kevin John Wise, 76, Of Wallingford
Most important to Kevin was his family, to whom he was devoted, but he also cherished his many close friends.

WALLINGFORD, CT — (From Wallingford Funeral Home): Kevin John Wise, of Wallingford, CT & Naples, FL died at home after a long illness on January 7, 2023. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Lee (Helene Namnoum), his 2 children, Meg Wise (Paul Gould) of Amherst, MA and Kevin H. Wise (Becky) of Wallingford and his 2 beloved granddaughters, Callie and Sara Keene of Amherst.
He is also survived by his brother, George (Christine) Wise of E.Falmouth, MA and his sister, Margie Wise-Saari (Ron) of Vero Beach, FL. He leaves behind brothers-in-law, Bob Namnoum (Donna), A.J. Namnoum (Cindy) and John Namnoum (Jane) and sisters-in-law: Mary Ann O’Neil (Toby) and Sherry Takahashi (Kuni). Kevin is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends and his beloved dog, Oliver.
Kevin was born on October 31, 1946 in Brooklyn, NY to the late William and Marie Wise, but he lived most of his early life in CT. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in chemical engineering from UConn. After working for private industry for several years, he started his own company, CPC Corp, a manufacturer of after-market automotive products.

Most important to Kevin was his family, to whom he was devoted, but he also cherished his many close friends. Kevin gave generously to many charities and loved sharing with family and friends. He was a great story teller, known for his wit and humor, often regaling friends and family with his slightly embellished tales.
He loved boating and fishing, enjoying his time on Cape Cod pursuing those passions. He belonged to the Members Club at Marco Island and enjoyed golfing with family and friends.

Kevin loved designing homes and spent much time on his many real estate projects; though he maintained a residence in Wallingford, he loved building homes in various vacation destinations from Cape Cod to Kiawah Island, S.C. to Naples, FL.
