He worked as an engineer and surveyor for the Town of Wallingford for many years until retiring.

Lawrence L. Tremaglio Jr., 80, of Wallingford, loving husband of Joan (Galko) Tremaglio, passed away June 8, 2018 at Masonicare. He was born in Hartford on April 14, 1938, a son of the late Lawrence and Bernadette (Provost) Tremaglio Sr.
He worked as an engineer and surveyor for the Town of Wallingford for many years until retiring. He was an avid swimmer, enjoyed golfing and playing softball, and was a member of the Wallingford Elks Lodge #1365.

Our father, Larry, was a quiet, simple man and in keeping with his spirit, they invite everyone to dress down by wearing Larry’s favorite style of Jeans and a white t-shirt if you choose.

In addition to his wife, Joan, he is survived by his children, Beth Tremaglio, Dean Tremaglio and his wife, Sarah, and Tina Tremaglio, all of Wallingford; his sister, Melinda Tremaglio of Palm Springs, CA; his brothers, Lenny and Terry Tremaglio and his wife, Helen, all of Wallingford; his grandchildren, Brynn and Cole; his nephews, Nick and Todd and his wife, Tania; his nieces, Marcie and Kristin: and his great nephew, Caden.
Larry’s family will receive relatives and friends at The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main Street Ext on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 from 4:30 until 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, gifts in his memory can be made to Masonicare Home Health and Hospice, c/o The Masonic Charity Foundation of Connecticut, P.O. Box 70, Wallingford, CT 06492.
