Obituary: Lloyd R. Prescott, 85, Of Wallingford
Lloyd was a self-taught electrician, plumber and woodworker. He worked as a draftsman for Pratt and Whitney for many years until he retired.

WALLINGFORD, CT — (From Wallingford Funeral Home): Lloyd R. Prescott, 85, of Wallingford, dedicated and loving husband of 63 years to Trudy (Phelps) Prescott, passed away peacefully October 18, 2022 with his family by his side.
Lloyd was born in New London on January 12, 1937, a son of the late Raymond and Elizabeth (Howard) Prescott.
Lloyd was a man of many talents. He was a self-taught electrician, plumber and woodworker. He was very proud of his intarsia wooden plaques which are displayed throughout his house. You would find him in his workshop making gifts for his family and friends. He enjoyed playing cards with his group of friends every week. He worked as a draftsman for Pratt and Whitney for many years until he retired.

He will be dearly missed and thought of often by his family and friends.
In addition to his wife, Trudy, he is survived by his son, Dave Prescott and his wife, Debra; his daughter, Janice Pascarelli and her life partner, Michael Looney; his sister, Beverly Prescott; his grandchildren, Tyler Prescott, Amanda Gillis and her husband, Michael, Samantha Prescott and her partner, Johnny Bartolomey and Joseph Prescott and his wife, Lorraine; and three great-grandchildren.
