Obituary: Lucia Ceresi, 79, of Wallingford
She was employed as a Paraprofessional for the New Haven Board of Education and was an active parishioner of Most Holy Trinity Church.

Lucia Ceresi, 79, of Wallingford, loving wife of the late Martin F. Ceresi, passed away peacefully, Thursday, November 23, 2017 at Masonicare Health Center.
Lucia was born in Medellin, Colombia, November 14, 1938, a daughter of the late Rafael Garcia and Margarita Vasquez and had been a Wallingford resident for many years. She was employed as a Paraprofessional for the New Haven Board of Education and was an active parishioner of Most Holy Trinity Church.

She is survived by her two daughters Cristina Fox and husband Mark of Massachusetts and Margarita Ceresi of North Haven; her grandchildren Gabriella and Luke Fox and Gennaro and Lucianna Pellegrino; her brothers Leon, Dario and Oscar Garcia; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 1 sister and 1 brother.
Her family will receive relatives and friends in The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main St. Ext., Tuesday, November 28, 2017, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, November 29, at 10 a.m. in Most Holy Trinity Church, Wallingford. Interment will be private. Gifts in memory of Lucia may be sent to the Most Holy Trinity Church Preservation Fund, 68 North Colony St., Wallingford, Ct. 06492
