Obituary: Mark ‘Rocky’ Conroy, 61, Of Wallingford

WALLINGFORD, CT — (From Wallingford Funeral Home): Mark “Rocky” Conroy, 61, of Wallingford, passed away January 20, 2023 at Connecticut Hospice.

Mark was born in New Haven on September 10, 1961, a son of Julia (Marro) Conroy of East Hampton and the late Richard Conroy.

Mark was a carpet layer in his earlier years.

In addition to his mother, Julia, he is survived by his son, Mark Conroy of Arkansas; his brother, Robert Conroy of East Hampton; his sister, Linda Gallagher and her husband, Joe, of Wallingford; and many nieces and nephews.

Mark’s family will receive relatives and friends at The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main Street Ext. on Thursday, January 26, 2023 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. A prayer service will be held at 3:30 p.m. during calling hours. Interment will be private.
