Obituary: Mark T. Angeli, 52, of Wallingford

Mark was a hardworking contractor and loved every minute of his work. His free spirit and energy was contagious and could light up any room.

“The man. The myth. The legend. Men wanted to be him and women wanted to be with him” Mark T. Angeli, 52, of Wallingford, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 26, 2018, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Bristol, on June 25, 1965, the son of Bob and Marcia Stocking. Mark’s pride and joy came from his two children Krystal and Mark and his grandchildren Isabella, Mark III and Maddox. Mark was a hardworking contractor and loved every minute of his work. His free spirit and energy was contagious and could truly light up any room. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and loved having a good time. He fought a long hard battle with brain cancer and taught everyone around him to live life to its fullest.

Mark is survived by his daughter, Krystal Billings, her husband Matthew and his grandchild Maddox of Wallingford; his son Mark Angeli II, his wife Angelina and his grandchildren Isabella and Mark III of Wallingford; his twin brother, Michael Angeli and his wife Tammy of Portland; his sister, Lisa Schabel and her husband Al of Durham; his brother, Chuck Angeli of Southington; his brother Jonathan Stange of Southington; and his parents Marcia and Bob Stocking of Southington.

His family will receive relatives and friends in The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 N. Main St. Ext., on Friday, March 2, from 5 to 8 p.m.
