Obituary: Patricia (Boyce) Sullivan, 76, Of Wallingford

WALLINGFORD, CT — (From Wallingford Funeral Home): Patricia (Boyce) Sullivan, 76, of Wallingford, passed away January 5, 2023, at The Connecticut Hospice from complications related to Alzheimer’s.

Patricia was born in New Haven on July 17, 1946, a daughter of the late Thomas and Rose (Eagan) Boyce Sr. She was predeceased by her sisters, Colleen and Kathleen Boyce. She was raised in East Haven and graduated from St. Mary’s High School. She married and raised her four children in Wallingford.

She always loved working with children, having worked in the pediatric playroom at St Raphael’s Hospital and, then years later, at the Carriage House Daycare Center in her favorite place, the infant room.

She was a life-long parishioner at Most Holy Trinity Church, and supporter of Holy Trinity School.

Patricia is survived by her husband Terrence M. Sullivan; her children, Rosemary Mahon and her husband Timothy of Glastonbury, CT, Michael Sullivan and his fiancé Amberin Kahn of Boston, MA, Brian Sullivan and his wife Caryn of Narragansett, RI, and James Sullivan and his wife Maren of Westlake Village, CA; her grandchildren Caroline, Brendan, and Thomas Mahon (Glastonbury), Aidan and Noah Sullivan(Narragansett), Declan and Isla Rose Sullivan (Westlake Village); her siblings, Thomas Boyce (Eileen) of Waterford, CT, Rosemary Brecevich (Giovanni) of New York City, and Timothy Boyce (Tara) of Tryon, North Carolina.
