Obituary: Sandra Rae Mellor, 64, Of Wallingford

WALLINGFORD, CT — (From Wallingford Funeral Home): Sandra Rae Mellor, 64, passed away unexpectedly on October 29, 2022.

Born in Meriden on December 23, 1957, a Lyman Hall High School graduate, and a Wallingford resident for much of her life, Sandy was known to many as an accomplished cook.

Her homestyle food was shared with loved ones and also available at a local market for several years.

Sandy was predeceased by her mother Lorraine Mellor. She is survived by her father George Mellor; her daughters Amy Lee, Abbey Rae, and Jillian Grace; sisters Chris and Bonny; brothers Chip and Scott; five granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews.
